This gin is lighter on juniper and led by botanicals, with jasmine bringing a soft, sweet aroma on the nose rounded out by hibiscus and elderflower. Floral, fragrant and delicate.

INGREDIENTS

  • 45ml Venticello Gin

  • 15ml Lemon Juice

  • 10ml Sugar Syrup

  • Dash of bitters

  • Soda water, for topping up

  • Dried Lime, to garnish

METHOD

Shake the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour into a tall glass, top up with soda water, and garnish.
