Crafted with care from premium Australian molasses using traditional pot still distillation, our rum is aged in a blend of French and American oak barrels — then finished in a historic 1949 jarrah Swan Brewery 30-gallon cask. The result? A small-batch spirit rich with complexity, perfectly capturing the wild spirit of our coastal home.
