INGREDIENTS

• 45ml Mellow Gin

• 15ml Lemon Juice

• 10ml Strawberry Syrup

• 5ml Sugar Syrup

• Soda Water, for topping up

Shake the gin with the lemon juice, strawberry syrup and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into cocktail glass and top up with soda water.
